Refund Policy
Eligibility
Full 100% refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days after payment, under one strict condition:
- Your license key has not been activated inside AQL Inspector after Creem checkout.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- License has been activated to unlock full features
- 14-day refund window has expired
- Multiple accounts / duplicate purchases
- Abusive refund requests within repeated payment cycles
How to Request Refund
Send your Creem order ID and payment timestamp to support@euroaus.com, subject line "AQL Refund Request". Processing takes 3–7 business days based on payment provider settlement cycles.
